Grillon gallery

Paris

Located in Saint Germain des Prés since 1981, the Grillon Gallery specialises in original prints and works on paper. The gallery offers an exhibition space where different periods are represented. Late 19th-century painters and engravers (Steinlen, Chahine, Legrand, etc.), modern lithographers (Hartung, Debré, etc.) and a large collection of kinetic artists (Vasarely, Agam, Le Parc) sit alongside contemporary watercolours and works on paper (Labossière, Joseph-Antoine d’Ornano, etc.). A member of the Chambre Syndicale de l’Estampe, du Dessin et du Tableau, the gallery has exhibited at the Print Fair in New York and at the Salon International du Livre Ancien, de l’Estampe et du Dessin at the Grand Palais. Since 2023, it has participated in the Paris Print Fair at the Réfectoire des Cordeliers. The Grillon gallery will represent the artist Tatjana Labossière at the 2025 edition of the fair.

Tatjana Labossière (contemporary artist) was born in Germany. The artist seeks to capture the soul of nature and translate it into colour and form.
Her prints play with matter, creating volumes reminiscent of stone and natural materials such as leaves that express vital energy. By superimposing them, Tatjana Labossière seeks to reveal delicate transparencies that contrast with the energy of the material.
