Sagot-Le Garrec gallery
Founded in 1881 by Edmond Sagot, the Sagot-Le Garrec gallery is now run by Nicolas Romand, a fifth-generation art dealer. Located in the heart of Saint-Germain- des-Prés, it specialises in the sale, valuation and acquisition of original prints, drawings and illustrated books from the 19th century to the present day.
The gallery’s extensive documentation is one of the leading references in the history of modern printmaking. The Sagot-Le Garrec archives are frequently consulted by researchers, students and museum curators.
The Sagot-Le Garrec Gallery publishes catalogues and organises exhibitions in order to offer a wide range of works to its clients: museums, institutions, dealers and collectors.
